Created by a talented team of artists and music enthusiasts, we believe in embracing the beauty of self-expression. Our mission is to not only share some of the music and art that we love, but also to inspire and empower individuals to follow their passions.
Live from the Pitt originated as the passion project of a group of live music lovers with the desire to showcase the best of the Pittsburgh music scene. As the world re-emerged from the pandemic, the founders realized that they had similar thoughts: all of them wanted to work on a Pittsburgh-based music and entertainment outlet, but no one person had the time to run it. They decided to work together to create something and thus Live from the Pitt was born.
The Sun King Warriors project includes a core mission that stretches beyond selling music, concert tickets and t-shirts. Musicians, for better or worse, are in the unique position of attracting the attention of people. This ability creates an opportunity to communicate important messages and mobilize people to take action. As their social media manager, our team believes that it is possible to be of service and to have a great time doing so.
